Injustice, Racism, Cruelty, Incompetence, Ignorance, Lying, Murder, Death. Add to that the total lack of leadership and the condoning and even modeling of despicable, unethical behavior that’s with us daily (2020). I went looking for mirror shards. Fury. The deep sadness & grief is blue. The pain and angst, red. All surrounded by the search for solace in nature, necessary to keep going. The antique frame symbolizes that these injustices have been with us for a very long time.
